Our collaboration with the Mechanical and Electrical project team enables a cost effective and successful approach for our clients, their client and the communities we help built. If involved early in the design phase we interface with all the professionals to implement a cost effective solution for the client based on their needs. Our accomplished associate sub-contractors have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry. With all of our projects we provide fully coordinated sleeving and construction drawings for all of our trades within our scope of work to circulate amongst all parties. Our team of experts along with our CAD designers will work closely with each trade to meet and exceed all expectations.
MECHANICAL
Construction One Contracting Inc. utilizes its Mechanical trade partners for all its projects. They are proven and carry significant experience and credibility. Construction One hand selects all its Subcontractors through a diligent review process of current, past projects as well as, full reference checks. The Scope covers the entire Mechanical spectrum inclusive of Plumbing, drainage, HVAC, Fire Protection and Controls.
ELECTRICAL
We appreciate and understand the importance of picking the appropriate company that’s experienced, and dependable. We continuously collaborate with the Electrical contractor on all aspects of the project and more specifically those items which impact the design, schedule and cost. Again, we work diligently with the trades to make certain they comply with the design requirements, specifications, codes and bylaws as well as, all parties having jurisdiction from site temporary power phase to substantial completion.
SHEETMETAL

Our team of experts will works closely with each trade as a consortium to meet and exceed all expectations. We will establish and coordinate all the sheetmetal work with all other MEP disciplines to ensure a smooth transition throughout all phases of the project.
